This website, acrepairarlingtontexas.com (the "Site"), is operated by Pringle Tech, doing business as AC Repair Arlington TX ("we," "us," "our"). AC Repair Arlington TX is a referral service. We are not an HVAC contractor ourselves. When you request service, we connect you with an independent, licensed heating and air conditioning contractor in the Arlington, Texas area who can help.

Information you give us. When you submit a service request, call us, or use the callback or text features on the Site, we collect the information you provide. This can include your name, phone number, ZIP code, a description of your heating or cooling problem, and any notes you add.

Calls and text messages. When you call or text our number, our phone provider records the phone number you call from, the time and length of the call, and the content of text messages. Calls to and from our number, including callbacks you request through the Site, are recorded for quality and to make sure your request is handled correctly. By calling us or requesting a callback, you consent to the recording.
